WITNESETH
WHEREAS, the Seller is the exclusive and absolute owner of a parcel of land located
in Centro Norte, Culasi, Antique, more particularly described as follows:
WHEREAS, the Seller desires to sell a portion of the above- described property
containing an area of ______ sq. meters, more or less and the Buyer is willing to purchase
the same, which portion is particularly described as follows;
“A parcel of land known as Cad Lot no. 730 pt. located in Centro Norte, Culasi,
Antique. Bounded: N. by Cabangrusan River lot E. by lot 732 S. by lot 727pt; and W. by lot
736 and Alojado St. with an area of 540.2009 sq. meters, more or less”
his ownership thereto was acquired through a Deed of Extrajudicial Settlement and Sale in a
private instrument and form an integral part of this document;
But should there be any relative who may lay claim over the property, I do hereby
undertake to settle the same and exempt any third party/ies from such claims or even a case
in court, should there be any.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have hereunto set their hands this _____day
of _____________ 2023 at Culasi, Antique, Philippines.

BEFORE ME, Notary Public for and within the Province of Antique, Philippines, on
this ____ day of ___________ 2023, appeared the above-named persons, personally known
to me and to me known to be the same persons who executed the foregoing instrument and
they acknowledged to me the same is their own free and voluntary act and deed.
I certify that this instrument consisting of two (2) pages including this Page whereon
the acknowledgment is written is signed by the Party and his instrumental witnesses and
relates to a Deed of Absolute Sale of a portion of a parcel of land located in Lipata, Culasi,
Antique.
