KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT WE, Spouses WILLIAM B. BUSALPA and ANALYN G. BUSALPA, of legal age, Filipinos and
residents of General Tinio, Nueva Ecija, by these presents do hereby name, constitute and appoint, our
daughter, SHARYN MAE B. DELA CRUZ, of legal age, Filipino and a resident Tierracon Subd., Kalikid Sur,
Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, to be our true and lawful ATTORNEY- IN- FACT, for us and in our name,
place and stead and for our own use and benefit, to do and perform all or any of the following acts and deeds
to wit;

To sell, alienate, convey, transfer, or otherwise encumber all our rights and interest with respect the
real property including all improvements erected thereon and to be erected thereunder located at
Paranaque City and Nueva Ecija, which are hereunder more particularly described as follows, to wit:

portion of consolidated lots 1416-E, 1416-I, Psd-03-002551, L.R.C. Rec. No.)
situated in the Barrio of Rio Chico, Municipality of Gen. Tinio, province of
Nueva Ecija. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by lot 28 Rd.) of the cons.
Subd., plan; X X X Containing an area of Seven Hundred Seventy-Six (776sq.
mtrs.) more or less.”

“A parcel of land (Lot 1416-A, of the subdivision plan, Psd-03-002551,

being a portion of Lot 1416, Pls.593, Gen. Tinio, Public lands Subdivision, LRC
Rec. No.), situated in the Barrio of Rio Chico, Municipality of Ge. Tinio,
Province of Nueva Ecija. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by lot 1416-B, on
the SW., along line 2-3 by Lot 1416-E, both of the subd., plan X X X Containing
an area of Eight Hundred (800sq.mtrs.) more or less.”

ONE (1) CONDOMINUIM UNIT

“Condominium Unit at Azure Urban Resort Residences St., Tropez Tower, 2

Bedrooms Condo Unit, located at Km. 16, West Service Road, Bicutan, Paranaque
City, Metro Manila.”

To make, execute, enter into, and sign any Deed of Absolute Sale, agreements, contract, document,
and other writing of whatever nature and kind to consummate the sale of the above described properties;

To receive, accept, endorse, negotiate and encash the check/s that will be issued by the buyer/s of
the above listed property in our favor in the name of our Attorney-in-Fact, representing the proceeds of the
sale of the subject properties;

To sign, deliver, execute, and receive whatever papers or documents, including but not limited to
receipts, or other instruments as may be necessary with reference to such power in our behalf, including
presentation of any documents or identification cards as required by any institution to establish our
identity and authenticity of this documents granting special power to the undersigned;

To represent me before the appropriate Bureau of Internal Revenue, Assessor’s Office, Register of
Deeds and other government agencies in order to facilitate and process the sale of the above-stated
properties;

To do any other acts in order acts in order to effectuate the-mentioned power;

HEREBY GRANTING unto our representative full power and authority to execute and perform
every act necessary to render effective the power to perform all abovementioned acts and deeds, as
though we ourselves, have so performed it, and HEREBY APPROVING ALL that it may do by virtue
hereof with full right of substitution of her person and revocation of this instrument.
 That I am executing this Special Power of Attorney for the above-mentioned reason and for such
other legal purpose as this may serve.
