the advances given to her or charge to my account all the foregoing payments in
connection and in pursuance with the authority granted under this Special Power of
Attorney;
3. To execute and deliver any document for and in my behalf that may be necessary in
pursuance with the aforementioned power, and to effect the necessary transfer of title by
virtue of the foregoing authority of my Attorney-In-Fact;
