2. To pay any sum or amount required in connection with the processing and
transfer of title of the abovementioned properties including but not limited to
Capital Gains Tax, Documentary Stamp Tax, Transfer Tax and Title Registration
& Issuance Fees.
3. To receive all documents required in connection with the processing and transfer
of title of the abovementioned properties including but not limited to Certificate
Authorizing Registration (CAR) from Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR),
Owner’s Duplicate Copy of the new title from the Register of Deeds and new tax
declaration from the Municipal Assessor’s Office and to sign pertinent documents
for this purpose.
GIVING AND GRANTING, unto the said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority to
do and perform every act and deed whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about
the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally
present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or
cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
