AFFIDAVIT OF MINORITY

We, PABLO DIONALDO ARIATE and ROSALITA LIMA ARIATE, both

Filipinos, of legal age, married and residents of Magroyong, San Miguel, Surigao del Sur, state
under oath, THAT:

1. We are now legally married and residing at Magroyong, San Miguel, Surigao del Sur;

2. However, before Rosalita Lima Ariate got married, and during her minority being still
seventeen (17) years old that time, she got pregnant and conceived to our first child who is now
known as MERRY ROSE L. ARIATE;

3. But by the time she already gave birth to our first child on December 8, 1994, Rosalita
L. Ariate was already of legal age being already eighteen (18) years old;

4. Consequently, we contracted a valid marriage at the Iglesia Ni Cristo chapel in San

Miguel, Surigao del Sur;

5. We are executing this affidavit to affirm the above- stated facts for whatever legal
purposes it may serve.

We, Spouses FILOMENO S. ABITONA and ALONA T. ABITONA, both of legal

age and residents of Dagocdoc, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur, state under oath, THAT:

1. We are the biological parents of LON FILICITY TAO-ON ABITONA, born on

February 27, 2006;

2. LON FILICITY was born before our marriage, as we have been living together
as common law partners. Hence, she was considered illegitimate child;

3. On March 4, 2008, we married each other at the Metropolitan Trial Court

Branch 74, Taguig City, Metro Manila;

4. Having been legally married, LON FILICITY has acquired legitimate status by
virtue of law;

5. We are executing this affidavit to affirm the legitimate status of our child,
named above, and modify the existing records and status in this act of legitimation.
