WITH ATTESTATION

I, JULIEFEL CAMPOS MICULOB, a minor, assisted by my mother GIGI

CAMPOS MICULOB, and resident of Door 4, Estal Apartment, Barangay Mabua,
Tandag City, Surigao del Sur, after having been sworn to in accordance with law,
hereby depose and state, THAT:

I am the private complainant against EDWIN AJOS CUANAN in these cases;

I was assisted by my parents in prosecuting the case;

I am presently studying at the Surigao del Sur State University (SDSSU), Tandag
City, Surigao del Sur, and under the care and custody of my parents in Tandag City;

My parents and I have come to realize that it will be for my best interest to desist
from pursuing this case, so that my studies will not be affected, and we will have peace
of mind;

We have already reconciled with the accused in this case, and we have forgiven
him;

I am not interested in further prosecuting my complaint against EDWIN AJOS

CUANAN;

I hereby DESIST from pursuing this case and pray that the same be
WITHDRAWN or DISMISSED immediately, as my parents and I have no more intention
of appearing in the succeeding hearings, much less cooperate as it will affect my
studies and well-being;

Desistance wherein she voluntarily stated her intention to desist from pursuing her case
against Edwin Ajos Cuanan with full knowledge of the consequences of her acts.
