AFFIDAVIT OF NO LEGAL IMPEDIMENT

I, JESEL CASTILLO QUEZADA, of legal age, single, residing at Purok

Mahayag, Unidad, Cagwait, Surigao del Sur, after being duly sworn to in accordance
with law, hereby depose and say that:

1. I was born on 30 March 1993 at Unidad, Cagwait,Surigao del Sur;

2. I am the daughter of Cecilio Guzon Quezada and Susan Pjaron Castillo
Quezada;
3. I have never contracted marriage in the Philippines or anywhere;
4. I intend to marry, Jundee Pizon Llamas of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur, son of
Joel Manongas Llamas and Delia Betancol Pizon Quezada, on May 2020 at
San Antonio Parish Church in Aras-asan, Cagwait, Surigao del Sur;
5. I am executing this Affidavit for the purpose of attesting to my true and legal
civil status, and to the fact that there is no legal impediment for me to contract
marriage;
6. I am also executing this Affidavit fully aware that I do so under pain of
criminal prosecution if I were to be found to have concealed my true status or
lied about it;
7. FURTHER, Affiant sayeth naught;
