AFFIDAVIT OF NO EMPLOYMENT

I, ZALDY D. LARONG, of legal age, with residence at Brgy.

Villafranca, Gigaquit, Surigao del Norte, after having been duly sworn in
accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That to this date, I am not employed in any capacity, at any

corporation, company, individual person or with any government agency;

2. That I have not been accused administratively of any case before any
administrative body;

3. That I executed this affidavit to attest to the truthfullness of the

foregoing facts and circumstances and for whatever legal purpose it may
serve best.
