AFFIDAVIT OF NO MARRIAGE

I, PRINCES JOY ROXAS, of legal age, single, Filipino Citizen and a

resident of Luna Ext., Digos City, Davao del Sur, after having been duly sworn to
in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say;

That I am the same and identical person who caused the execution of this
instrument;

That I vow and affirm that up to this date, I am still SINGLE and did not
contract any marriage to anybody here in the Philippines or to any country for
that matter.

That as a matter of fact, I have secured from the Philippine Statistics

Authority a Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) to prove that I did not
contract any marriage here in the Philippines.

That I am executing this instrument to apprise and inform concerned

government agency of the foregoing facts and attest to the truthfulness and
veracity of the same.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 13 TH day of

March, 2019 at the City of Digos, Philippines.
