AFFIDAVIT OF DISCREPANCY

I, GIOVANNI AYLMER L. FU, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single with office
address at No. 412 NAIA Road Brgy. Tambo Parañaque City, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state that:

1. I am the Assistant General Manager of Tambo Realty Corporation, a corporation

duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws with address at No. 412
NAIA Road Brgy. Tambo Parañaque City;

2. Said corporation is the developer of Bayport West NAIA Garden Residences

Building 2 located at No. 412 NAIA Road Brgy. Tambo Parañaque City;

3. The company was issued Certificate of Registration No. 26104 and License to
Sell No. 029890 on 09-10-2013 for Building 2;

4. There were discrepancies in the measurement between the units sold and the
units actually built particularly on Units 1612, 1613 and 1614. Said discrepancies are
more particularly described below:

5. The mismatch in the measurement was a mere clerical error. That the same was
discovered on April 2, 2019 upon checking the plan submitted to the Housing and Land
Use Regulatory Board;

6. I hereby certify that the figures were inadvertently interchanged without the
intention to deceit or cause harm. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of all
the foregoing facts and statements.
