DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale is made and entered into between:

KLEAH JOYCE E. CORNEJO, married, of legal age, Filipino, with residence

address at Sitio Cabubugan, Barangay Signe, Igbaras, Iloilo hereinafter referred to
as VENDOR;
- and -
JOHN RUSTY ELEFAN, of legal age, Filipino, with residence address at Barangay
Signe, Igbaras, Iloilo hereinafter referred to as VENDEE;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the absolute and registered owner of the

following motor vehicle, more particularly described as follows:

YEAR MODEL: 2021
BODY : MOTORCYCLE WIHTOUT SIDECAR
ENGINE NO. : G3M5E-052540
SERIAL/CHASSIS NO. : RLCUG1250M0005379

WHEREAS, the VENDOR desires to sell the aforesaid motor vehicle and
the VENDEE is able, willing and ready to purchase the same under the terms and conditions
herein below set forth;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum total of

EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP80,000.00), Philippine currency, VAT Inclusive and
receipt hereof is hereby acknowledged by the said VENDOR, the VENDOR hereby
SELL,CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto the VENDEE, in a manner absolute and
irrevocable the above-described 1 Unit of 2021 YAMAHA MOTORCYCLE WITHOUT
SIDECAR, free from any and all liens and encumbrances whatsoever and on an “AS IS
WHERE IS BASIS”.

The VENDOR warrants that the Motor Vehicle is free from any liens and
encumbrances and that said VENDOR shall defend the title and rights of the VENDEE from
any claims of whatever kind or nature from third persons.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their signatures on the
date and at the place first above-written.
