 DEED OF SALE OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale is made into in Poblacion Ilaud,Sara,Iloilo

this December 20,2023 by and between: MANUEL BARRETO KEH of legal age,Filipino,
with residence address at Poblacion Ilaud,Sara,Iloilo and hereinafter refereed to as
SELLER;

-and-

WELMER DELA CRUZ TANES, of legal age , Filipino, with residence address at Barangay
Tabuc-Suba, Barotac Nuevo , Iloilo hereinafter referred to as BUYER;

WHEREAS ,the SELLER is the absolute and registered owner of the following motor
vehicle, more particularly described as follows:

WHEREAS, the SELLER desires to sell aforesaid motor vehicle and the BUYER is able,
willing and ready to purchase the same under the terms and conditions herein below set
forth;

NOW THEREFORE , for and in consideration of the sum total of TWO HUNDRED
THOUSAND FIFTY PESOS Php 250,000.00 , Philippine currency and receipt hereby
acknowledged by the SELLER, the SELLER hereby SELL , CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY
unto the BUYER, in a manner absolute and irrevocable the above-described
Unit of 1 Unit of TRUCK , Mitsubishi- Fuso , DROPSIDE WITH STAKE free from any all
liens and encumbrances whatsoever.

The SELLER warrants that the Motor Vehicle is free from any liens and encumbrances
and that said SELLER shall defend the title and the rights of the BUYER from any claims
of whatever kind or nature from third persons.
