I am KENNEDY APUNDAR y DOLEDO, 30 years of age, single,

Filipino, and a resident of Brgy. Velasco, Lemery, Iloilo.

I am the Private Complainant in Criminal Complaint docketed as VI-

11-INQ-22B-10114 for Rape, entitled Kennedy Apundar y Doledo vs.
Reylan Ordiales alias Bon-Bon, which is pending before the Office of the
Provincial Prosecutor of Iloilo for preliminary investigation.

In line, I would like to inform the good office of the Provincial

Prosecutor of Iloilo that I am withdrawing my Criminal Complaint against
Reylan Ordiales. Thus, I pray that the said complaint for rape be dismissed.
Attached in this letter is my notarized Affidavit of Desistance/Withdrawal.
