hereby names and appoints Wide Wide World Express Corporation or its
authorized representative, a corporation duly constituted by virtue of Philippine
Law, with office address at Pascor Drive, Sto. Niño, Parañaque City, Metro
Mania to be my attorney-in-fact to do the following acts and deed to wit:
