SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, SERGIO F. MORANO, of legal age, Filipino, married, and resident of Brgy.
Palaca, Miagao, Iloilo, do hereby appoint, name and constitute my wife ANNIE LUZ Y.
MORANO, of legal age, Filipino, married, and resident of Brgy. Palaca, Miagao, Iloilo, to be my
true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, for me, in my name, place, and stead perform the
following acts:
1. To sell to any interested party a parcel of land declared in my name covered by
Original Certificate of Title No. F-57915, known as Cadastral Lot No.1774 of
Miagao Cadastre located at Brgy Palaca, Miagao, Iloilo and to sign the Deed of Sale
of the said lot in my behalf;
2. To receive the proceeds of the sale above mentioned and to endorse , encash and/or
deposit the same;

3. To perform all necessary acts related to the above-stated transaction.

 
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be
done in and about the premises, hereby ratifying and confirming all that said attorney-in-fact shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
 
This power of attorney may be revoked by me at any time, and shall be automatically
revoked upon my death, provided that any person relying on her power of attorney before or after
death shall be given full rights to accept the authority of my attorney-in-fact until in receipt of
actual notice of revocation.
