AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT
I, JESSICA ZAMORA-WRIGHT, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident
of Lot 36, Blk. 18, Puerto Del Mar St., Puerto Real Subdivision, Brgy. Tabuc Suba, La
Paz, Iloilo City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
depose and say, That:

1. I am the grandmother of AUDREY LUCILLE W. TAN, who is presently seven

(7) years of age;
2. I, together with my minor granddaughter, Audrey Lucille W. Tan will travel
abroad, particularly in Singapore;
3. I am willing to support all the monetary needs of my said granddaughter during
the entire duration of the travel and while we are at Singapore;
4. I hereby assure that she will not in any case become a public charge or burden
of the country of her destination;
5. That I have sufficient income and properties to answer for the aforesaid
undertaking to meet the expenses of my granddaughter; and
6. That I am attesting to the truthfulness of my foregoing statement.
