JOINT AFFIDAVIT
We, SPOUSES CESAR MONTANO VILLAVICENCIO AND ARLYN
DAGANATO VILLAVICENCIO, both of legal age, married to each other, Filipinos
and a resident of Brgy. Hibao-an Norte, Mandujrriao, Iloilo City, Philippines, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and say, That:

1. We are the Sellers/Transferrors of a parcel of land known as Lot 2919, covered by

TCT No. 090-2016001354, situated at Brgy. Pulo Maestra Vita, Oton, Iloilo, with land
area of 10,427 Square Meters, more or less by virtue of a Deed of Absolute Sale;

2. The above-specified lot subject of Deed of Absolute Sale is our retention area;

3. The above-specified lot subject of Deed of Absolute Sale is not tenanted;

4. There is no pending case before the regular courts or any other tribunal involving
the said parcel of land subject of the Deed of Absolute Sale;

5. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing for purposes of
application for Department of Agrarian Reform Clearance pursuant to DAR A.O. 4
Series of 2021 and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
