JOINT-AFFIDAVIT

We, Romulo A. Aguilo and Deo A. Butiong, all of legal age, Filipinos
and residents of Brgy. Salngan, Passi City, Iloilo, Philippines, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and aver:

1. That we are the neighbors of DOLOROSA NALUPANO GUERRERO who is in

possession and is actually tilling/cultivating portions of parcels of land, with
an area of 1, 979 square meters more or less, portion of Lot No. 169 A-9 and 5,
331 square meters more or less, portion of Lot No. 169 A-11, covered by CLOA
No. CT-A, 372, situated in Brgy. Salngan Passi City, Iloilo, Philippines;

2. That DOLORA NALUPANO GUERRERO is the one cultivating the above-

mentioned parcels of land since 1997 until present date;

3. That we are executing this Joint-Affidavit of Willingness to Cultivate in order

to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and for whatever legal
purpose it may serve.
