I, CARLOS V. GAERLAN, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of Ili Norte,
San Juan, La Union, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
hereby depose and state, to wit:

That I am the true and beneficial owner of the following personal property to wit:

That
when I
bought the said motorcycle from RUSI - SFLU, I purposely had it listed/named/registered in
the name of my son, Richard L. Gaerlan considering that I am already a senior citizen at the
time of purchase;
That said motorcycle was purchased on an installment basis and I was the one
providing the money for its monthly amortization payments, which to date I have fully paid the
same;
That as a consequence, I am now exercising my right over the same motorcycle and
intends to have it registered in my name being its true and rightful owner;
That I hereby warrant ownership over the above-mentioned personal property and I will
defend my possession of the same;
That I execute this Affidavit of Ownership to attest to the truth of the aforementioned
facts and for all legal intents and purposes this Affidavit could serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this 20th day of April,
