DEED OF SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

NOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE made and executed in Naga City,
Philippines by:
Nora Anio Palacios , Filipino, of legal age with residence and postal address at
142-A1 Camia St. Gregoria Hts., Brgy. San Isidro Taytay, Rizal hereinafter referred to as the
"SELLER"; and

, Filipino, of legal age with residence and postal address at

, hereinafter referred to as the "BUYER";

WHEREAS, the SELLER represents and warrants that he is the lawful owner of a Motor
Vehicle, covered by Certificate of Registration No. 216003233 issued by the Land Transportation Office
– Muntinlupa Extension Office, which motor vehicle is more particularly described as follows:

WHEREAS, the SELLER has agreed to sell and the BUYER has agreed to buy on "as-is" basis
the above-mentioned Motor Vehicle.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of Six Hundred Thousand Pesos
(Php 600,000.00), Philippine Currency, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the SELLER to its
entire satisfaction, said SELLER hereby sells, transfers and conveys on "as-is” basis by way of this
Deed of Sale of Motor Vehicle unto the BUYER, his/her heirs and assigns, the Motor Vehicle above-
mentioned, including the accessories now with it, free from all liens and encumbrances.
The task and all expenses relative to the renewal of registration, transfer of ownership and
registration of this Deed shall be borne solely by the BUYER and the SELLER shall have no liability
whatsoever in case of any delay or inability of the BUYER for whatever reason to cause
registration/transfer in BUYER’S name. Upon execution of this Deed, the BUYER warrants that he/she
will immediately transfer and register the motor vehicle in his/her name.
The BUYER shall hold the SELLER harmless from the consequences arising from any accident
involving the vehicle and that the BUYER shall fully assume responsibility for such consequences.
