SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

That I, CHRISTIAN STEPHEN LEGAYADA, of legal age, Filipino, single and a

resident of B22 L2 Ledesco Village, Lapaz, Iloilo City, Philippines, have named, constituted
and appointed and by these presents, do hereby name, constitute and appoint, ANTONIO
ALCANTARA JR. of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Brgy. Mohon, San Jose,
Antique, Philippines to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me, my name, place and
stead, to do and perform the following acts and deeds, to wit:

1. To make representation, transact, receive or get the following items from Splatty
Burger located in San Jose, Antique:
a) Rusi Motor Cart with Chassis No. RWCLHKJOHP005435; and
b) Two (2) Burger Grillers.

2. To sign all papers, documents and instruments that maybe required and/or necessary in
the fulfillment of the above-enumerated powers and to perform such other acts which my
attorney-in-fact may deem proper and reasonable in the premises.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to
perform all acts and things, whatsoever requisites and/or necessary to be done in or about in the
premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might do if personally present, hereby ratifying
and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or caused to be done by virtue
of these presents.
