AFFIDAVIT OF OWNERSHIP

I, ELENA E. MAHILUM, Filipino, of legal age, married, and a resident of Barangay Lumangan, Igbaras,
Iloilo, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say
that:

1. I am an heir of Cleofas Era who died on February 22, 1989 in Barangay Lumangan, Igbaras,
Iloilo, Philippines;

2. I know for a fact that my father, Cleofas Era is the owners of Lot 8156 located at Barangay
Lumangan, Igbaras, Iloilo, Philippines with an area of two hundred two (202) sq. m., more or
less;

3. My father Cleofas Era is in long, continuous and in notorious possession of the above-described
property for more than thirty years since they acquired the property;

4. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the above statements of ownership of the
above-described property, and for whatever legal purposes this may lawfully serve.
