SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Know All Men By These Presents:

I, DEXTER S. DE ASIS, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Barangay

Palanguia, Pototan, Iloilo, Philippines, do hereby name, constitute and appoint NENA
PARREÑO, legal age, Filipino and a resident of Barangay Palanguia, Pototan, Iloilo,
Philippines, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact in my name, place and stead to do and
perform the following acts and things namely:

1. To follow up my papers/documents, pertaining to Block 08, Lot 04 phase 2 situated

at Villa Trinidad Subd. Brgy. Rumbang, Pototan, Iloilo by HDR Construction &
Development Corp. respectively.

2. To process, transact, negotiate, execute and sign all legal Document pertaining to
the property at Block 08, Lot 04 phase 2 situated at Villa Trinidad Subd. Rumbang,
Pototan, Iloilo, Philippines.

3. To register all the paper/documents that may be presented of the Office of the
registry of Deeds, Province of Iloilo, Iloilo City, regarding to the issuance of the
Transfer of Certificate of Title;

4. To make, enter into sign for all paper/documents, and other documents in any
government office;

5. To receive/claim and sign for all papers/documents, instrument and similar

documents for purpose;

6. To do and perform all other acts that is necessary to perform the above authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-fact NENA PARREÑO full
power and authority to do perform any and every acts and things whatsoever necessary
or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I
might or could do it if personally present and acting in person, with full power of
substitution and revocation.
