AFFIDAVIT OF WILLINGNESS TO CULTIVATE

I, ______________________________, of legal age, Filipino married and a

resident of Brgy. Salngan, Passi City, Iloilo, Philippines after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state:

1. That I am presently in possession and is actually tilling/cultivating portions

of parcels of land, with an area of 1,979 square meters more or less, portion of
Lot No. 169 A-9 and 5, 331 square meters more or less, portion of Lot No. 169
A-11, covered by CLOA No. CT-5, 372, situated in Brgy. Salngan, Passi City,
Iloilo, Philippines, which is subjected to the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform
Program of the Philippines;

2. That I am the one cultivating the above-mentioned parcel of land since 1997
until the present date;

3. That I am very much willing to cultivate the aforementioned parcel of land

considering that it is the only source of my livelihood;

4. That I am executing this Affidavit of Willingness to Cultivate in order to

attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose
it may serve.
