AFFIDAVIT OF CONSENT TO MORTGAGE PROPERTY

We, the HEIRS of REYNALDO TOLENTINO, namely: MARIVEL T.
ESPARTERO, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of Nalook, Kalibo,
Aklan and REYMOND TOLENTINO, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident
of Nalook, Kalibo, Aklan, after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law, do hereby depose and state that:
1. That we are one of the Heirs of REYNALDO TOLENTINO;
2. That he left a parcel of land without a will located at NALOOK,
KALIBO, AKLAN particularly described as follows:
“A parcel of land located at Nalook, Kalibo, Aklan with an area
of SIX HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE SQUARE METERS (695SQM)
more or less, Boundaries: North: Lot No. 4710, 4712; East: Lot No.
5523-A; South: Lot No. 5514; West: Lot No. 5513-A.”
3. That our mother, MAVEL M. TOLENTINO will contract a loan and
will be using the above-described property as a mortgage for the
said loan;
4. That we hereby fully give our consent to our mother to mortgage
the said property;
5. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the
foregoing and for any legal purpose it may serve.
