AFFIDAVIT OF ADVERSE CLAIM

I, ELISA CUISON LAGDAMEO, legal age, married to Rainerio Lagdameo, Filipino and a resident of Bonuan Boquig , Daguoan City, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that: 1. I am one of the children of former Dagupan Vice-Mayor Felipe Cuison, now deceased; 2. Sometime during his lifetime , Felipe Cuison bought a parcel of land from HERMOGENES BIAY AND ROBERTA IBAY, herein described as follows: TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 1514 (O-43871)

A parcel of land (Lot No.8285part of the Cadastral Survey of Dagupan City), situated in the City of Dagupan. Bounded on the NE. by Lots Nos 8283,8325 and 8325; on the SE. By Lot Nos 8287, 8286 and 8280 ; on the SW. by Lot No 8280; and on the NW. by Lot Nos 8281,8283 and 8284. Xxx Containing an area of Nine Thousand, Nine hundred and thirty two (9,932) square meters, more or less. 3. My father however failed to register the sale of the said property yet he diligently paid real properties thereon; 4. After the death of my father on 1985, I religiously paid the real property taxes up to the present; 5. I have receipts of the real property taxes paid for the aforesaid property. 6. From 1996 up to the present, I have actual, continuous and uninterrupted possession of the aforementioned property; and 7. In order to protect my rights as an heir of Felipe Cuison, I hereby manifest that I am intending to take necessary action to affirm and confirm Felipe Cuisons ownership over the said land; 8. This adverse claim is hereby manifested for registration and to notify the whole world of the owners intention to reclaim the parcel of land via court action or whatever legal remedy is available; 9. Affiants sayeth naught.
