AFFIDAVIT OF PROPERTY LANDHOLDINGS

I, HELEN C. ESTEBAN, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen, and a
resident of Belis, Taloy Norte, Tuba, Benguet, Philippines, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby, depose and say that:
1. I am one of the children of the late CARLOS ESTEBAN a.k.a. CARLOS
ESTEBAN COPERO, the absolute owner and possessor of five (5)
certain parcels of land all situated at Taloy Norte, Tuba, Benguet
covered and embraced by ARP No. 99-011-01028 with an area of 50,
000 SQUARE METERS; TAX DECLARATION No. 2010-04-11-00512
with an area of 30, 000 SQUARE METERS; TAX DECLARATION No.
201-04-00082 with area of 40, 000 SQUARE METERS; TAX
DECLARATION No. 2010-04-11-00256 with an area of 20, 000
SQUARE METERS and TAX DECLARATION No. 2010-04-11-00053
with an area of 60, 000 SQUARE METERS;
2. As far as I know and my other siblings as well as in the records of the
concerned agencies relating to landholdings, the aforementioned
landholding is the only property of my late father Carlos Esteban
Aurora Esteban in the Province of Benguet and elsewhere in the
Philippines;
3. All what I know is that whatever other property my father may have,
has been disposed, sold and alienated during his lifetime;
4. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the veracity and truthfulness
of all the foregoing and to support my request for the issuance of
Property Holdings and for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto witnessed my hand this 17 th
