AFFIDAVIT OF HEIRSHIP

I, EPEFANIA A. ALUNAN, married, of legal age, Filipino, and resident of Balugo,

Sibulan, Negros Oriental, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby state
and declare that:

1. I am one of the surviving heirs of the late JUAN ABO, who died intestate and left
no known debts that remains unpaid, who is the owner of a parcel of land known as Cadastral
Lot No. 4094-D-1, containing an area of TWELVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED
SEVENTYTHREE (12, 873) SQUARE METERS, more or less, situated in Balugo, Sibulan,
Sibulan, Negros Oriental and covered by Tax Declation No. 2017-16-0004-00403;

2. That the late JUAN ABO died intestate and left no debts or obligations due
against his estate and was survived by his six (6) children, I am one of them;

3. With the death of my parents, I am entitled to inherit and/or succeed to the above-
described parcel of land through succession;

4. I am executing this affidavit in order to establish all of the foregoing facts, and in
order to establish that I am one of the surviving heirs of the late JUAN ABO, entitled to inherit
to the aforementioned parcel of land;
