AFFIDAVIT OF SELF-ADJUDICATION
WITH SALE

I, GRAZEL A. TOGONON, of legal age, Filipino, married to Luciano C. Buagas,

Sr., and resident of Prk. 6, Poblacion, New Corella, Davao del Norte, Philippines, after
having been sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say:

That I am the only heir of the late MARIA A. TOGONON, who died intestate on
February 08, 2016 at New Corella, Davao del Norte.

That at the time of his death he left a certain parcel of land known as Lot 1082-A-
1, Bsd-11-003530 (AR), being a portion of Lot 1082-A (LRC) Psd-223479, situated at
Poblacion, New Corella, Davao del Norte, containing an area of NINE THOUSAND
NINE HUNDRED NINE (9,009) SQUARE METERS, more or less,, covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. CARP2019003014 in the Registry of Deed of the Province of
Davao del Norte.

That pursuant to Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the New Rules of Court, I hereby adjudicate
unto myself the above-described property by means of this Affidavit and hereby files the
same with the Register of Deeds of Davao del Norte with the request that said
adjudication be made effective without judicial proceedings as prescribed by the
aforementioned Rules of Court.

That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY

THOUSAND (P180,000.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency, to me in hand paid by
JORGE T. OCQUIOLA, of legal age, Filipino, married to Leonila S. Ocquiola, and a
resident of Purok 4, Poblacion, New Corella, Davao del Norte, and receipt of which is
hereby acknowledge to my entire satisfaction, I do hereby SELL, TRANSFER and
CONVEY unto the VENDEE her heirs and assigns and successors in interest of of the
aforesaid property together with all the improvements found therein.
