SUBJECT: LETTER REQUEST OF THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR FOR SB RESOLUTION

GRANTING AUTHORITY TO HON. JAIME ESMERALDA, M.D., MUNICIPAL MAYOR TO
ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH WESTERN VISAYAS STATE
UNIVERSITY (WVSU) REPRESENTED BY PRESIDENT DR. JOSELITO VILLARUZ, AS
PARTNER AGENCY FOR FULL WOKR-FROM-HOME JOB TRAINING OF STUDENTS

The members of the Committee on Laws, Legal Matter and Human Rights have conducted a
committee meeting. Subject of which is the above-mentioned request of the Municipal Mayor on
his letter endorsed to the committee.

The following are its findings:

1. Western Visayas State University (WVSU) is offering degree programs which require full
wokr-from-home job training of the student in order to adequately expose its students to
actual work situations and enable them to enhance their knowledge, skills, values, and
work attitudes.

2. The Municipality of Igbaras is identified to be a partner institution which has the facilities
and expertise to provide occupational experience to student trainees and enhance
competence in chosen field of endeavor

3. The duration of full work-from-home Job Training of students shall be one hundred fifty
hours (150) unless otherwise extended for cause and upon mutual agreement of both
parties.

Western Visayas State University (Wvsu) Represented By President Dr. Joselito
Villaruz, As Partner Agency For Full Work-From-Home Job Training Of Students;

Resolved further, to furnish copies to all concerned.
