AFFIDAVIT OF UNEMPLOYMENT

I, ANGEL LOCSIN, of legal age, separated, Filipino and a resident of Jaro,

Iloilo City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law
do hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the mother of LIZA SOBERANO, an incoming Grade 7 at

College of Iloilo, Iloilo City;

2. That I am presently unemployed and had no fixed income to support

our standard of living and my father-in-law was the one who provides
for my daughter’s necessities that concerns her studies;

3. That I do not own any real or conjugal property or any landholding that
is registered in my name;

4. That I have two (2) other dependent children who also depend from
their grandfather their financial needs and studies;

5. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

statements and in order to comply with the requirements needed for
the availment of the Funds for Assistance for Private Education (FAPE)
by College of Iloilo.
