LATE LAURENCE DEOCAMPO VINSON;

We are further executing this affidavit without being promised any

reward whatsoever and that we are not in anyway related to the said LATE
LAURENCE DEOCAMPO VINSON either by affinity or consanguinity.

WAIVER OF RIGHT

WE, HAZEL BACAYO VINSON and BRANDON BACAYO VINSON, of

legal ages, single and married, Filipinos, and a postal address of Roca Subd. Apopong, General
Santos City, Philippines, claimant and with vested/preferential rights over the Death benefits,
which is more particularly described as follows;

We are the sons of LATE LAURENCE DEOCAMPO VINSON was died on March 29,
2016 member of COCOLIFE with no. 63501;

By virtue of these presents, We do hereby CEDE, TRANSFER AND CONVEY in good

faith unto said transferee our brother WINSTON BACAYO VINSON, his heirs, assigns and
successors in interest over the above mentioned coco life death benefits free from all liens
and encumbrances.

That We hereby further manifest that we have executed this documents of our own free
will and volition and that We will defend the peaceful ownership and possession of the
transferee over the above mentioned coco life death benefits against any and all claims of
third person of whatsoever nature or kind.

We executing this waiver of rights to attest to the truth of the above statements and for
the purpose and for all other legal purposes it may serve.

1. I am the son of LATE LAURENCE DEOCAMPO VINSON holder of PP No.

63501;

2. December 2016, the aforementioned xxxxxx was lost in my

possession for unknown reason and despite diligent search and effort
was not recovered and is now considered lost and beyond recovery;

3. I have not sold, assigned, transferred nor hypothecated said original

copy of xxxxxxx or any interest thereof of the funds represented
thereby to any person or persons in any manner whatsoever;

4. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts

and for whatever legal purpose it may serve best.
