The undersigned, ENNIS JOE TYLER, being duly sworn, hereby deposes and says:

1. I am over the age of 18 and am a resident of the State of _________________. I have

personal knowledge of the facts herein, and, if called as a witness, could testify completely
thereto.

2. I suffer no legal disabilities and have personal knowledge of the facts set forth below.

3. I declare that I baptized in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

4. I will serve the Lord my God with all my heart, with all my soul, and with all my mind until
His return.

5. I renounce my allegiance and fidelity to every foreign prince, potentate, state, government,
or self acknowledged sovereign king.

6. I am competent to navigate my personal conveyance without any provisions being afforded

to me by way of any agency, or body of politic in any capacity.

7. I am a state of being people and citizen of the Kingdom of Heaven, not to be confused
with a person or State citizen.

8. I am an ambassador of the Kingdom of Heaven and I give my allegiance to Jesus Christ

(Yahshua), the Son of God (Yahweh).

9. I will stand on the word of God against all opposition and persecution.

10. I will obey the Supreme Law of the Land as stated in Matthew 22:37-40, "You shall love
the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind." This is the
first great commandment. And the second is like it: "You shall love your neighbor as yourself."
On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.

11. I am a child of the Most High God in Christ and a joint heir in the Kingdom of Heaven.

12. I will study to show myself approved unto God, a workman that need not to be ashamed,
but to rightfully divide the word of God.

13. I will follow the scripture as I am directed to in Mark 15:16 when Jesus said, "go into all
the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes will be saved and he

 who does not believe will be condemned. These signs will accompany those who believe: In
My name they will cast out demons, they will speak in tongues, they will take up serpents, if
they drink any deadly thing, it will not hurt them. They will lay hands on the sick and they will
recover.

14. I accept and believe that God is my only king and the one true sovereign being.

15. I am the sole owner of TYLER LAWN & GARDEN LLC a corporation with its articles
of incorporation filed in the State of Kentucky.

16. I declare that I possess the security agreement between myself and the corporation of
TYLER LAWN & GARDEN LLC, and as such the only secured party and holder of the
UCC Financing Statement application with the corporation of TYLER LAWN & GARDEN
LLC and in possession of all of its tangible personal property, all of its general intangibles
relating to and arising from its personal property, all of its private property, all chattel paper
relating to TYLER LAWN & GARDEN LLC, and all cash and non cash proceeds (including
insurance proceeds) of the personal property of TYLER LAWN & GARDEN LLC.

17. I declare that I am the Founder and Manager of The New Testament Fellowship in Christ
Foundation. A private unincorporated not for profit charitable organization serving the
community of Henderson, Kentucky and the surrounding counties in and near the State of
Kentucky.

18. I declare my status to be a private, freeborn, free willed, free thinking, peaceful, loving,
respectable, God fearing people.

19. I reserve all God given rights without prejudice.

20. I hereby cancel, revoke and make void (ab initio) all powers of attorney, in fact, in
presumption, or otherwise, signed by me or anyone else, claiming to be on my behalf, with or
without my consent, as it pertains to me or any property owned by me, by, but not limited to,
any and all quasi/colorable, public, private, governmental entities, corporations or the
subdivisions thereof on the grounds of concealment, constructive fraud, and nondisclosure of
pertinent facts needed to make a truly informed decision on my part and for my own well
being.

I declare that, to the best of my knowledge and belief, the information herein is true, correct, and
complete.
