AFFIDAVIT

I, ESTRELLA ARIOLA COCOBA, of legal age, Filipino, widow, and a

resident of NLSA Road, Lagao, General Santos City, Philippines under oath
depose and state that:

That I am the long friend of late Federico Sioco family and

temporarily occupy a portion of their property located at NLSA
Road, Lagao, General Santos City;

That anytime if they need the said property we are willing to

evacuate or vacate the area together with my whole family;

I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing statements, and for any illegal purpose but for
reason above stated.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 2 nd day
