ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT

That I, RICARDO C. FORTUNATO, of legal age, Filipino, married, and residing

of Prk. 18 Nursery RD Lagao, General Santos City , Philippines hereby acknowledge
received as a partial payment of parcel of land portion of Lot598-G,Pls-209-D, situated
in Lagao, General Santos City, containing an area of Two Hundred (200) square meters
more or less, amounting to TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 20,000.00)
Philippines Currency remaining balance to be on or before April 15, 2019 amounting to
EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP80,000.00) Philippines Currency.

The said property was sold to KAREN LEE B. TICAR, Filipino, of legal age,
married with residence of Blk. 17 Lot 27 and 29 Alphine Ville Lagao, General Santos
City, Philippines.
