AFFIDAVIT OF CORRECTION

I, NENITH ESTIMO, of legal age and a resident of Aringay, La

Union, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose
and state:

That I am presently working in the Notarial Office of Atty. Jose B. Ellazar

located at San Fernando City La Union.

That on June 8, 2012, I had prepared a Deed of Absolute Sale duly

notarized by Atty. Ellazar under Doc.#: 481; Page#: 97; Book#: XI; Series
of 2012. That on the first body of the document or on the first paragraph of
the Deed of Sale, I had inadvertently typed the wrong spelling of Jeanette C.
Segundo to “Jeanenette C. Segundo” but it was later then corrected on the
signatory area below the last paragraph of the Deed of Sale.

That the true spelling of the name of the vendor is JEANETTE C.

SEGUNDO as seen in the pertinent documents and identifications and not
JEANENETTE C. SEGUNDO.

That I hereby manifest that this is just only a clerical error and that
there is no need to judicial procedure just to amend this human-nature
mistake.

That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of this

sworn statement.
