EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT AMONG HEIRS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THE PRESENTS:

This Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate among heirs:

HEIRS of the late POLICARPO A. BACULI married to the late JULIANA T. BACULI
Namely:

HELARIO A. BACULI, AQUILLINA B. TELEBRICO, LOLITA B. ROPEROS,

FELOMINA B. ABANTO, both are married of legal ages, Filipinos and resident of Balamban
Cebu.

HEIRS of the late GREGORIO A. BACULI married to the late CARMELITA G. BACULI
Namely:

MATEO A. BACULI, Single of legal aged, Filipino and resident of Banawa Cebu City. Heirs of
the late REYMUNDO G. BACULI married to ALEJANDRA B BACULI Namely: JERSON B.
BACULI, JANET B. BACULI, both are single and legal ages, Filipino and resident of Banawa
Cebu City.

HEIRS of the late PAUSTA A. BACULI, DOMINGA B. ERMINTANIO, DIOSCORA B.

DURANO, both are marriage of all legal ages, Filipino and resident of Guadalupe Banawa, Cebu
City.

HEIRS of the late MARTINA B. MEÑOZA married to the late PEDRO T. MEÑOZA,
SOLIDAD M. NAVAJA, Married and legal age Filipino and resident of Bairan Aloguinsan, Cebu.

HEIRS of the late ALFONSA B. ARTES married to the late SOTERO L. ARTES Namely:
MAXIMO B. ARTES, Single of legal age Filipino and resident of Balamban Cebu, heirs of the late
AVELINA A. TELEBRICO married to JESUS TELEBRICO namely: MICHAEL A.
TELEBRICO, ALJEN A. TELEBRICO, JESEL A. TELEBRICO both are single of legal ages
Filipino and resident of Balamban Cebu, MARJORE A. TEJONES married of legal age Filipino
and resident of Balamban Cebu.

W I T N E S S E T H:

That we the above-named parties are the one and only surviving legal heirs of the deceased,
SABINA ALCONTIN married to the late ANASARIO BACULI. Who died in estate and /or
without any leaving last will and testament, as well as any known debts or obligations whatsoever.

That we agreed that the remaining area of 4,503.50 square meters with lot no. 3303 located
at Olango, Aloguinsan, Cebu, will remain to the heirs of Martina B. Meñoza, Solidad M. Navaja.

That the Late SABINA ALCONTIN is the registered owner of a certain parcel of land
known as Lot No. 3383 with an area of 11,421 sq. meters and lot no. 3303 with and area of 6,593
sq. meter, located in the barrio of Olango, Aloguinsan Cebu.

That, we the above mentioned heirs, being of legal age, and with full capacity to enter into
contract, do hereby declare ourselves as the only surviving and compulsory legal heirs of the late
SABINA ALCONTIN married to the late ANASARIO BACULI.

That being the only surviving and compulsory heirs of the deceased who will inherit the
afore mentioned property of the late SABINA ALCONTIN, we hereby settle extra-judicially and
adjudicate unto ourselves the same, pro indiviso, pursuant to Sec. 1 Rule 74 of the revised Rules of
Court of the Philippines, Subject, however to the liabilities imposed under Section 4, the same rule
against any person or persons who may deprived of their just share of the estate of the decedent:

That we hereby affirm that we executed the foregoing instrument out of our own voluntary
free will without force, intimidation or violence upon our person and we hereby
