WE, the Heirs of PABLO NALUGON, namely:

a. H.O. of NICOLAS NALUGON, namely: MILAGROS N. BLANES, MARIO G.

NALUGON, CELEDONIA N. ROCERO, all of legal ages, Filipinos, married, and
residents of Butuan City;
b. H.O. of THOMAS NALUGON, namely: ALLAN NALUGON, ALBERTO
NALUGON, and EVANGELINE ANDRADE, all of legal ages, Filipinos, married,
and residents of Butuan City;
c. H.O. of GERTRUDES N. MADULA, namely: ROSANNA M. MACASERO and
RENANTE N. MADULA, all of legal ages, Filipinos, married, and residents of
Butuan City;
d. H.O. of JOSE NALUGON, represented by MILAGROS N. BLANES, of legal age,
Filipino, married, and resident of Butuan City;
e. H.O. of ARCADIA N. ESTIPONA, namely: JENNY N. ESTIPONA, of legal age,
Filipino, married, and resident of Butuan City; and
f. H.O. of AVELINA N. BARRON, namely JESUS N. BARRON, of legal age,
Filipino, married, and resident of Butuan City;
do hereby APPOINT MILAGROS N. BLANES, likewise of legal age, with postal
address at Purok Gabi-A, Brgy. Basag, Butuan City as our true and legal representative
to act for and in our name and stead and to perform the following acts:

1. To work on the application of title of a certain agricultural land denominated as

Lot No. 599, PLS-67, containing an area of approximately ten (10) hectares and
situated at Purok 4, Brgy. Novele, Rosario, Agusan del Sur in the name of the
Heirs of PABLO NALUGON.
2. To sign and process all the necessary documents required by DENR, BIR, ROD,
Provincial Assessor’s Office and other concerned national government agencies
relative to the said application of title;
3. To demand, claim and receive the copy of the certificate of title over the aforesaid
property; and
4. To do all acts necessary to give effect to the foregoing authority.

Whereby giving and granting unto said attorney, full power and authority to perform
each and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in and about
the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could do if personally
present and acting, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney shall
lawfully do or cause to be done and virtue of these presents.
