AFFIDAVIT OF TOTAL AGGREGATE LANDHOLDING

I, HANNAH MARIESTELLA MAE C. TUSO, of legal age, Filipino and with

residence and postal address at Brgy. Florida, Butuan City, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That I am a Donee of FIVE THOUSAND (5,000) square meters, more or less,

which was segregated from the land owned by Donor MONICO I. TUSO, JR., of
legal age, Filipino, married and with residence Brgy. Florida, Butuan City,
particularly denominated as Lot No. 6028-A, Bsd-13-004477 (AR) with an area of
THIRTY THOUSAND (30,000) square meters, more or less, situated in Brgy. San
Mateo, Butuan City and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-32142 of
the Registry of Deeds for Butuan City and Tax Declaration No. 20-09-0003-00282
of the Office of the City Assessor of Butuan City;

2. That this affidavit is being executed in compliance with DAR Administrative

Order No. 01, Series of 1989 as well as to show proof that my total aggregate
landholding inclusive of the land subject of the above-mentioned transaction
does not exceed five (5) hectares;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and
for whatever legal intents and purposes that it may legally serve;
