AFFIDAVIT OF ONE AND THE SAME PERSON

WE, MERLITA M. GARCIA, of legal age, Filipino, married and presently residing at
Purok 2, Brgy. Bonbon, Butuan City, and JOELITA D. SAJOR, of legal age, Filipino,
single, presently residing at Purok 2, Brgy. Bonbon, Butuan City, both after being duly
sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state that:

1. We personally know FRANCISCO OLVIDO of Purok 2, Brgy. Bonbon, Butuan

City, being acquaintance and neighbor for a long period during his lifetime;

2. We declare, confirm and affirm that FRANCISCO OLVIEDO as recorded as

owner in the Lot Data Computation of Lot No. 213, TS-372, located in Brgy.
Bonbon, Butuan City and FRANCISCO OLVIDO who was the actual occupant of
the aforementioned lot refer to one and the same person;

3. We are not related by affinity or consanguinity to the above-mentioned person;

and

4. We are executing this affidavit to confirm and affirm the foregoing facts and for
whatever legal purpose it may serve.
