residential lot, Lot No. 542-A, Csd-13-012050-D, containing an area of One Hundred Nineteen (119) square meters, more or less, situated at Brgy. Bonbon, Butuan City, I am submitting the following requirements for evaluation of your concerned office on the matter of the lot’s compliance with your existing rules and regulations of the City of Butuan as requisite in the subsequent registration and titling in the Registry of Deeds for Butuan City, to wit:
1. Tax Declaration of Real Property;
2. Sketch Plan with Road Dimensions and Vicinity Map; 3. Approved Plan with Technical Description; 4. Tax Receipt; 5. Cedula; 6. Barangay Certification; 7. Special Power of Attorney; 8. Picture of Property; 9. Corner/Lot Boundary (Monument); 10. Picture of Property; and 11. Certification Fee.
Attached is the Special Power of Attorney for the undersigned to process, transact, request and claim in his behalf any certification or clearance from your office.
