Dear Sir/Madam,

My Client: Quadrillion Finance Private Limited (acting for itself and/or [Quadrillion Finance Private Limited]), has instructed me to issue Notice to you as
follows:

Sl no. Registered Mobile Number Outstanding dues

1. 9482376627 Rs. 19340.69

Under specific instructions from and on behalf of my client abovenamed I address you as follows:-
1. This is in reference to the above-stated registered mobile number under which you have availed financial assistance through and/or from my Client,
upon terms and conditions more particularly contained in the loan agreement(s) executed by you. The loan agreement(s) executed by you have been
provided to you by e-mail and/or the same are also available for viewing on your account on the slice application. In discharge of the financial
liabilities arisen in connection therewith you undertook to repay the same in monthly installments, together with applicable interest.
2. Please note that as a result of your continuous default in making payment of the monthly installments due (towards repayment of principal with
interest), you have inter alia become liable to pay penalty charges and any other levies including but not limited to associated legal charges and
other costs as per the terms and conditions of the loan agreement(s), executed by you.
3. In-spite of my Client’s repeated requests, reminders and personal follow up, you have failed and neglected to pay the Outstanding Due(s) in terms of
the aforesaid loan agreement(s). The break-up of the Outstanding Due(s) as on 17/10/2023 is annexed hereto as Annexure-A. The Outstanding
Due(s) is variable as it will increase for every day of delay in repayment. Please refer to your slice application for the updated and detailed break-up
of the Outstanding Amount(s).
4. Please note that your aforesaid action of default in making payment of the dues payable as per the loan agreement(s), constitutes a material breach
by you under the loan agreement(s).
5. You are hereby called upon to make payment of the Outstanding Amount(s), forthwith without any further delay.
6. If you fail to make payment of the Outstanding Amount(s), within the next 5 (Five) days, from the date of this Notice, my Client shall be constrained
to initiate appropriate legal proceedings, criminal, and civil against you. The same will be at your costs, peril and consequences.

This Notice is sent to you without prejudice to my Client’s rights and entitlements, to recover the Outstanding Amount(s).
