Dear Mohamed Kalith M ,

Sub: Notice of Legal Action in Respect of Loan Transaction executed on the

‘Rupee Tiger’ Platform.

We are writing to you as the authorised agents of R u p e e T i g e r Pvt Ltd (the “Lender”),
in relation to the captioned matter subsequent to our repeated efforts in trying to
communicate with you over the telephone, email, as well as several other means.

Below table lists down the details of all the loan transactions performed by you on our platform

Please note that your failure to make full repayment of the loan outstanding amount of Rs.35032/- (Thirty Five
Thousand and Thirty Two Rupees), which includes interest amount before & after repayment date,
transaction fee and any other charges / fees applicable as per loan agreement executed between you and
the Lender (“the Loan Amount”) on various dates as mentioned hereinabove (“the Outstanding
Amount”) is a direct violation of the Loan Agreements.

Since you have failed to make repayment of the Outstanding Amount, we are constrained to put you on notice
that the Lender intends to take all available legal actions against you for recovery of the Outstanding Amount,
and to make good damages and loss of profit that the Lender has suffered as a result of your failure to repay
the Outstanding Amount in accordance with the terms of the Loan Agreement.

Please note that such action may include, but shall not be limited to, recourse to the appropriate courts of
law, criminal complaints, and direct communication with the contacts / references or consented third parties,
provided by you and explicitly agreed in terms of clause 3 of the said Loan Agreement.

As a gesture of good faith, we have provided one-time of waiver of Rs. 35032/- (Thirty Five Thousands
Thirty Two Rupees only), which is already adjusted with the Outstanding Amount. This waiver is subject
to the condition that full repayment (the Outstanding Amount along with accrued interest / charges /
fees from the date of this notice till the date of actual payment) is made within a period of 7 (seven)
days from the date of this notice.

on record (including your current and permanent residence addresses and Sahyadri Commerce And
Management College address).
