compliance with your existing rules and regulations of the City of Butuan as requisite in
the subsequent registration and titling in the Registry of Deeds for Butuan City, to wit:

3. Approved Plan with Technical Description;
4. Tax Receipt;
5. Cedula;
6. Barangay Certification;
7. Special Power of Attorney;
8. Picture of Property;
9. Corner/Lot Boundary (Monument);
10. Picture of Property; and
11. Certification Fee.

Attached is the Special Power of Attorney for the undersigned to process, transact,
request and claim in his behalf any certification or clearance from your office.
