SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

THAT WE, MARIA GRACIELA C. APOLINARIO, presently residing at Sta

Rita Bata, San Miguel, Bulacan and MA. SOCORRO C. BUENAVENTURA, presently
residing at Primavera Homes, Baliuag, Bulacan,both of legal age, Filipinos, do hereby
NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT, RICARDO A. CRUZ, JR. , of legal age, Filipino,
presently residing at 1612 Craig Street, Sampaloc, Manila, to be my true and lawful
attorney in-fact, for us and in our name, place and stead, to do and perform the following
special powers , to wit:

1. To sell our property, covered and embraced under Original Certificate of Title
No. NT-120927 containing an area of THIRTY THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED
EIGHTY NINE ( 30,689 ) Square Meters, situated at Boundary of Cabisuculan,
Science City of Muñoz, Province of Nueva Ecija.

2. To submit all papers required for the facilitation of the said selling.

3. To sign all documents necessary in the facilitation of the said selling.

4. To receive the proceeds of the selling, either in cash or in checque and to encash
it or deposit it in his personal account.

5. To do other acts relative to the fulfillment of this trust.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform any and every act and things whatsoever requisite, necessary
or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I
might or could if personally present and acting in person; and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that our said attorney-in-fact shall
lawfully do and cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
