a) To deduct from my semi-monthly remuneration the amount corresponding to the payment

PANYULUNG KAPAMPANGAN (A MICROFINANCE NGO) INC. Head Office, particularly
detailed in the promissory dated ___________________________;
b) To withhold the full amount of my loan balance and any other payables to TPKI
MICROFINANCE-Head Office, from my severance pay in case of untimely separation,
representing full settlement of the outstanding balance;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact, full power and authority to do
and perform all and any act and things whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in and about
the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I could lawfully do if personally present. Hereby
ratifying and confirming all what is said attorney in-fact may lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue hereof.
