I, SABINIANO G. DELA ROSA, married to JOSEPHINE H. DELA ROSA, both

of legal age, Filipinos, with residence and postal address at ___________________
Pakil, Laguna, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby
depose and say:

1. That I am the legitimate and only surviving heir of the deceased ELISEO DELA
ROSA who died intestate in the Municipality of Irosin, Sorsogon;

2. That said deceased died intestate, without will or testament and without any
outstanding debts in favor of any person or entity;

3. That during his lifetime, he acquired the following parcel of land which are more

4. That being his legitimate surviving heir and with capacity to contract, I hereby
adjudicate unto myself in ownership of above-described parcel of lands and
hereby warrant title thereto, and being the exclusive heir of the aforesaid
 deceased, by these presents agree to donate the above-mentioned properties in
favor of KIMBERLYN DELA ROSA LLOVIT married to ARVIN PIGUING
LLOVIT;

5. That I hereby guarantee that no other claimants shall come forward anytime
hereafter and I shall be personally liable from any and all claims that may arise
by virtue of this Adjudication;

6. That for and in consideration of the love and affection which the DONEE
inspire in the DONOR, and as an act of liberality and generosity, the DONOR
hereby voluntarily and freely give, transfer, and convey, by way of donation, unto
said DONEE, his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, all of the right, title
and interest which said DONOR have in the above-described real properties, free
from all liens, encumbrances and charges of the above-mentioned parcel of land
and all improvements;

The DONOR further states, that this donation is not made with the purpose of
defrauding their creditors, having reserved to themselves property sufficient to answer
for any and all lawful debts.

The DONEE hereby RECEIVE and ACCEPT this gift and donation, made in her
favor by the DONOR, and she hereby express her appreciation and gratefulness for the
kindness and generosity of the DONOR.
