Dear Ms. JOAN MADRIGAL TUNG,

My client, MARIA LOURDES SALCEDA, complained that you failed to settle

your indebtedness in full, based on the surrounding antecedent facts narrated by her, as
follows:

In September 2020, you contracted a loan with my client in the amount of

Thirty Thousand Pesos (Php 30,000.00) intended to be used as payment for your
swab test in preparation of your departure for Hong Kong to work and for your family’s
allowance.

However, despite several demands made by my client upon you, you refuse to
perform your obligation and all that she receives from you are repeated promises which
you never comply with.

Therefore, unless payment of the above amount is paid in fullwithin TEN (10)
DAYS from receipt hereof, we will have no alternative but to exercise whatever rights
and remedies my client has under the law to enforce the same, which includes, but not
limited to the institution of an appropriate legal action.

Kindly govern yourself accordingly.
