 AFFIDAVIT OF ADJOINING OWNERS

 
That I, ARSENIO ACALA PAELMO, Filipino, of legal age and resident of 075 P.
Gomez St. Paete, Laguna, after having sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state.

 That I personally known SPS. BENJAMIN CAROLINO and IRENE

CAROLINO;

 That they are the true lawful owners of parcel of the land situated at Sitio Alutay
(Upland) Brgy. 5 Ilaya del Sur Paete, Laguna;

 That the said parcel of land was covered by Tax Declaration of Real Property No.
18-0005-00213 and consisting of an area of Five Thousand (5000) Square
Meters and more particularly described as follows:

North : Arsenio Paelmo South: Arsenio Paelmo

 That I am the owner of the land adjoining in front and at the back of their
property/ties and that there is no conflict or legal encumbrances between/among
us with respect to said exact area boundaries;

 That I am executing this affidavit to attest the truth that the exact area of the land
is Five Thousand (5000) square meters as per Tax Declaration attached there to
for taxation purposes.

 Affiant sayeth none.
