AFFIDAVIT OF TRANSFEREE

I, PEPSI PULANCO URBANETTO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married to

EUSEVIO AURELIO URBANETTO, Swiss citizen, with residence address at Santiago
Norte, Caba, La Union, do hereby depose and say:

That I am the VENDEE of a parcel of land located in San Carlos, Caba, La Union
covered by TCT No. 025-CARP 20160000066 declared in the name of Lorna F.
Mangaser and more particular described as follows:

“A parcel of agricultural land containing an area of FIVE THOUSAND SIX

HUNDRED SIXTY-FOUR (5,664) square meters, situated at San Carlos,
Caba, La Union, designated as Lot No. 990 Cad 719-D. Bounded on the
North: SEC 030, 02,03,09; on the East: Brgy. 0006; on the South: Brgy. 0006
and on the West: SEC. 030 covered by TCT No. 025-CARP 20160000066
(Tax Declaration No. 2009-09-0008-01065) and registered in the name of
Lorna F. Mangaser.”

That I have no more than five (5) hectares total landholdings registered in my
name with the Province of La Union and in the Philippines; and I do not file any Income
Tax Return registered in my name;

That I maintained the productivity of the said landholding;

That I am executing this affidavit to affirm the truth of the foregoing instrument.
